Breast Lift Augmentation #4781

Description:

63-year-old female who had a prior breast augmentation with 375 cc saline implants who developed grade 3 capsular contracture with hardening of both breasts and malpositioning of the implants.  She underwent a bilateral breast implant exchange with 325 cc full profile silicone implants, removal of the capsules, as well as a bilateral breast lift (results are 6 months after surgery).
