Description:

49-year-old female who underwent a breast reduction, with removal of 865 gm from the right breast and 1308 gm from the left breast.  More tissue was removed from the left breast due to the size discrepancy.  Her breasts are now lifted, proportionate with her body frame, more symmetric, and have an improved aesthetic appearance (results are 4 months after surgery).
